3D printing

Metal additive manufacturing, or 3D printing, offers the possibility to produce complex parts without design constraints of traditional manufacturing routes. We investigate the correlations of processing, microstructure, and mechanical properties of additive manufactured parts and develop new 3D printable materials with unique microstructures
